Cancellation Policy
1. Free Cancellation
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date, irrespective of the booking channel used.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a 50% charge of the booking amount.
3. No Show
Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date and fail to notify the hotel or the booking channel will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are processed in line with our Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made within the free cancellation window are eligible for a full refund.
2. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the approval of the cancellation request, depending on the booking channel:
- For bookings made directly with us (via counter, telephone, or our website), refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
- For bookings made through third-party platforms or travel agents, refunds will follow their individual refund policies and timelines.
